Organization and Management

One of the key goals of the TEAMING project is to upgrade the management of the centre to become more effective and sustainable in every meaning of this term. The organizational and management upgrade is based on the need of the centre both in mid and long term and is realized in close discussions with our advanced partners. The changes in organization and management are being realized especially in three main areas.
